I’m really pleased to share that, from 2027, I’ll be working in collaboration with ECHO to help create more opportunities for people to access support, connection and understanding.

What is ECHO?

ECHO is an organisation focused on mental health, neurodivergence, education and wellbeing, working to help individuals and families access practical information, trusted guidance and appropriate support before they reach crisis point.

At its heart, ECHO is about creating a kinder, more connected approach to support. It’s about helping people feel heard, understood and less alone, while recognising that everyone’s experiences and needs are different.

You can find out more about ECHO and the work they do by visiting www.echotogether.co.uk.

Monthly Online Support Sessions Coming in 2027

As part of this collaboration, I’ll be hosting a free online support session once a month from 2027.

These sessions will provide a welcoming, inclusive space for people to come together, connect and access support in a way that feels comfortable for them. I want to create an environment where people feel able to show up as they are, without pressure, expectations or judgement.

The topics and themes will develop over time, allowing space for different experiences, conversations and needs to be explored. My hope is that these sessions will offer an opportunity to feel heard, build connections and remind people that they don’t have to navigate everything alone.

Everyone is welcome, and the sessions will be free to attend. You don’t need to have everything figured out, and there’s no pressure to speak or share your experiences. Sometimes, simply listening and knowing that other people understand can make a difference.

Looking Ahead

I’m looking forward to seeing what we can create together through this collaboration and to making more opportunities for people to find connection and support.

More information about the monthly sessions, including dates, topics and how to join, will be shared closer to the time.
